Similarly, they could have their LinkedIn profiles in their Facebook bio, in which case you could leverage a LinkedIn scraper. 
• Search by phone → Facebook’s mobile app has a “Find People” feature where you can add a phone number to see if it matches an account. (It works only if you already have the number saved). Facebook then suggests profiles linking to that number.

Instagram

GPT won’t give you someone’s private number, but it will walk you through the best tools and techniques to find public ones.

It’s important to know the limits. GPTs:

Here’s how to make the most of it.

Picture this: A contact emails you. In their signature, they’ve got their phone number, job title, and maybe even their office address.

If you’ve got HubSpot’s “Fill contact details from emails with HubSpot AI” setting turned on (and it usually is by default), HubSpot will scan that email and auto-fill the contact record, no copy-pasting needed.

It checks both the:

• Email signature and
• Email body

for things like:

• Phone number
• Mobile number
• Job title
• Company details
• Address info

And don’t worry: it only updates empty fields. If you’ve already added a number manually, HubSpot won’t overwrite it.

To use this feature, just make sure a few things are in place:

1. Connect your personal inbox to HubSpot. (This won’t work with shared or team email addresses.)
2. Go to Settings → Objects → Contacts.
3. Under the Setup tab, look for the checkbox “Fill contact details from emails with HubSpot AI” – make sure it’s turned on.

Once you enable it, it can take up to 10 minutes to start working, but from that point on, any new emails you receive will be scanned automatically.

Important: It only pulls info from the first email someone sends. If a phone number shows up in a later reply, HubSpot won’t catch it.

Sometimes, you may have a phone number, and you’re trying to figure out who it belongs to. In that case, there are several reverse lookup tactics you can turn to. 

This is especially useful in situations when you get a call from an unfamiliar number and wish to determine who the caller is. 

• Google/Bing search → the simplest step is to just Google the number in quotes.
